How to enforce drivers to use Locations on each Duty Status

    Audience Fleet Admins 
    Applies To  Fleet Dashboard > Admin 

     

    Introduction 

    Fleet Admins can enforce drivers to use locations when changing their duty statuses. This will prevent drivers from updating their duty statuses without entering a location.

     

    Steps: Enforcing drivers to use Locations each Duty Status 

    1. Login to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Admin at the bottom left corner.

    2. Select Company from the left side menu.

    3. Select Edit Company Information from the top right corner of the screen.

    4. Under Fleet Settings, click on the box next to the Require Location for Duty Status Changes and select Yes.

    5. Click Save from the top right corner to finish.
