Accidentally Signed Up as Dispatcher or Fleet Manager

    Issue

    I accidentally signed up for the wrong type of account.

     

    Solution

    You can log in to the existing account and update the email to a different one. Once this is done, you can use your email to sign up as a correct user.

    If you no longer have access to the account, please contact our support team to request the release of the email address.
