The AI Dashcam is only compatible with a Vehicle Gateway - model LBB 3.55 or newer. If you have any confusion regarding which dashcam you have, check out this easy guide here.
The AI Dashcam must be connected to this partner Vehicle Gateway it was shipped with in order to work. If you try to connect your new AI Dashcam to a Vehicle Gateway that is not 3.55 or newer, your AI Dashcam will not work.
