You can check the bottom of the Vehicle Gateway to confirm the model. We also notify the Drivers and Fleet Managers through the app or web dashboard if we identify that the Vehicle Gateway in use is an affected model.
Note: The affected Vehicle Gateway model needs to be immediately replaced. |
