The Fleet Dashboard allows Fleet Managers to freeze an active Motive Card. In this article, you can learn how to freeze or unfreeze a Motive card.
Steps: Freezing a Motive Card
1. Log into the Fleet Dashboard and click Cards in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click Go to Admin at the top right corner.
3. Click Card Management.
4. Click the three dots located in the Actions column.
5. Click Freeze Card if your card isn’t frozen.
