How do I request more Motive cards?

• To request new cards, please call Motive Support at 855-434-3564 and enter 3 to directly reach out to the Motive Card support team representative. 
• Provide the support agent with the reason, address, and number of additional cards that you would like to order for them to process your request and forward it to the concerned department. This will ensure you receive the required additional cards as soon as possible.
