You cannot delete an old vehicle from the fleet. Deleting Driver accounts and vehicle profiles will adversely affect Motive’s ability to provide customers with a comprehensive platform for record management. Vehicle data is important because it allows us to produce IFTA jurisdictional mileage reports and must be stored for at least six months.
However, if you wish to remove a vehicle from your fleet, the Fleet Admin can deactivate the vehicle from the company.
