Fleet Admins can change or reset the Driver’s profile password from the Fleet Dashboard.
Steps: Editing or Resetting Driver’s profile password
1. Log into the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click on the Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click on Driver in the left-hand side menu. Click on Options dropdown menu for the Driver profile whose password needs to be changed.
3. Select Edit Account from the dropdown menu.
4. Scroll down and find the Password section. Enter a 6 or more than 6 digits password and click on Save.
