What is the general policy for fraud liability?

    Answer

    • You are liable for any transactions that occur on the account, so you are to monitor the account for any suspicious activity. 
    • If any transactions the Fleet Administrator or Driver did not authorize you are to immediately freeze/deactivate the card so no further transactions occur and contact motive and report the transaction(s) in a timely manner.
    Note: Please call Motive Support at 855-434-3564 and enter 3 to directly reach out to the Motive Card support team representative to immediately freeze/deactivate your card.
