    If you want to request a new API

    feature, you can submit a request through email to We would appreciate hearing from you and one of our agents will get in touch as soon as possible. Once we have received your email, we will schedule a call to know about your requirements in detail. We would encourage you to include the following information in the email:

    • General use case of the requested feature
    • Priority of feature request (urgent, medium, low)
    • Contact information of the customer
