Why am I unable to assign a vehicle to driver with Electronic logbook?

Answer

You can only assign vehicles to exempt drivers as they exempted from connecting to Vehicle Gateway. The drivers with an electronic logbook manually maintain your logs and hence, can't be assigned a vehicle.
