Introduction
Motive’s Ignore Drive Time feature allows fleet managers/admins to ignore any incorrectly-recorded driving event internally without affecting the ELD records of drivers. Also, Fleet Admins can easily filter logs with ignored driving events available at Fleet Dashboard.
| Note: This feature is compliant, It only ignores driving events and is not applicable for changing logs. |
Steps: Filtering Logs with Ignored Drive Time using Fleet Dashboard
1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard. Click Compliance in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click Logs.
3. Click on Logs type dropdown and select Logs with Ignored Drive Time.
