Symptom: Log edits are automatically rejected by the system
Log edits are getting rejected by the system.
Cause
- Log edits were made on the same day.
- Log edits are made while the vehicle is in motion.
Solution
In order to resolve this issue it is necessary to wait for 24 hours before making any changes to the driver's logs because the log edits made within 24 hours or while the vehicle is in motion are rejected by the system automatically.
