    I don’t see the PDF option when downloading/printing the Driver Safety Report

    		 Fleet Managers, Fleet Admins
    Applies To Fleet Dashboard > Reports

     

    Symptom(s): No option for PDF available on Driver Safety Report.

    I am attempting to download or print a Driver Safety Report one Fleet Dashboard but I don’t see the PDF option.

    Cause

    It can be a bug from the development side.

     

    Solution

    1. Take a screenshot of the screen in front of you.
    2. Get in touch with Motive Support and ask the agent to open a ticket.
    3. Share the screenshot to be attached in the ticket.
