Symptom(s): Daily 10 hours off duty violation on Driver App
I see 10 hours off duty violation on my Driver App.
The most common cause is the broken cable to Vehicle Gateway/ELD.
1. Check if the cable of your Vehicle Gateway is broken.
2. If it is broken, report to your Fleet Manager and ask him/her to contact us.
