Your data can be easily accessed in the Fleet Dashboard or via Motive’s open APIs going back two years. If you can't access historical data that dates back further than two years and you need it, you can reach out to Motive support.
The support agent will ask you a few questions and provide you with a CSV export of the data. For logs, you can get a PDF export if needed. This ensures that you can access all your historical data while also maintaining a great user experience in the dashboard.
We are looking at adding additional ways to share historical data, so if you’re interested in that please let us know!
