Symptoms
An ELD output file was sent to the DOT accidentally.
Solution
Once an ELD output file has been sent, it cannot be recalled or canceled. Even if the file is incomplete (lacking a Code/Official Comment), it remains in the system and cannot be "unsent".
File Status:

- With Valid Code/Official Comment: The output file is received, checked, and processed by the DOT officer.
- Without Valid Code/Official Comment: Although you receive a notification that the file was sent, it will not be delivered to the DOT officer. Instead, it remains in the portal, effectively in a pending or unchecked status.
