Symptoms: Unintended Output file
I sent an output file to DOT accidentally.
Cause
NA
Solution
When the output file is sent without a Code/Official Comment you will still receive a notification that it has been sent however, it will not be received by the DOT & will remain unchecked. Only output files with codes and official comments are checked.
