Service history provides a centralized record of all service activities performed on each vehicle. Keeping accurate records helps control costs, monitor vehicle health, and maintain compliance.

Service history tracks every service performed on your fleet vehicles, from routine inspections to major repairs. This historical database provides a complete view of each vehicle’s lifecycle, helping you identify recurring issues, track costs over time, and determine when replacements or additional maintenance are needed.

Service history consolidates service information for each vehicle, including:

  • Service dates: Exact dates of maintenance or repairs.

  • Mechanic information: Who performed each service for accountability.

Viewing and updating service history

  1. In the Fleet Dashboard, go to Maintenance > Service History.
  2. View maintenance history and refer to the columns for Date, Vehicle or Asset, Service, Type, Currency, Cost, Completed By, and Odometer for more detailed information.
Note: Currently currencies supported from US, Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom and EU. 
  1. Select the vehicle you want to review.
  2. Browse the list of logged services, costs, and notes.

Adding a Service Note

  1. In the Fleet Dashboard, go to Maintenance > Upcoming.
  2. On the desired row click the three dots > Add Service Note or Edit Service Note.
  3. Fill the fields for Entity, Services, Date/Time, Total cost, Odometer, Engine Hours, Notes
