Viewing the Asset Gateways Detail Report

The Asset Gateways Detail Report shows the current and last assigned asset for each asset gateway in your company. 

1. From the Fleet Dashboard, click on Reports in the left-hand side menu.

 

2. Click on Assets under the Browse section.

 

3. Click on the Asset Gateways Detail section, this takes you to the Asset Gateways Detail report page.

 

4. The Asset Gateways Detail report page displays all the relevant information about your Asset Gateways in one easy-to-navigate page. 

 

5. You can use filters like Serial NumberAsset IDModelGroup and Firmware Version to look for your required information.

 

6. To download the report, click on the three dots in the top-right corner and click on Export as PDF or Export as CSV as per your desired format.

 

FAQs

Can I switch between cable and battery power?

Yes. The AG Mini automatically switches to battery if external power is lost.

How long does the battery last?

It can last up to 5 years at 2 pings per day, even when using occasional on-demand pings.

Do on-demand pings drain the battery quickly?

No. Infrequent on-demand pings have minimal impact on battery performance.

How to send a faulty device back to Motive?

If you have created an RMA case for any of Motive’s products, you would receive an email containing the shipping label and postal address information. Please use the shipping label to send the faulty device back to Motive by post or you can drop it at the nearest UPS collection point/Dropbox.
