- Drivers use WiFi hotspot data for personal use which disables them from syncing their logs on Driver App.
- Fleet Admins can control the WiFi hotspot accessibility for Drivers by practicing any of the following solutions:
- Recommending Drivers to use their hotspot
- Changing the WiFi password using the Fleet Dashboard
- Lowering the WiFi limit to what's already used
Note: The maximum WiFi limit Motive provides is 6 GB and by default, it cannot be increased. |
