Introduction
Motive Shop is Motive’s e-commerce platform that enables Fleet Admins to self-serve orders for additional product bundles, cables and accessories in a few clicks.
Note: Motive Shop is available to existing customers based in the United States and Canada. |
Steps: Buying products from the Motive Shop
1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon at the bottom left corner.
2. Click the Organization dropdown in the left-hand side menu.
3. Click Shop from the list.
4. The Motive Shop prompt displays. Click Shop Now.
5. The Motive Shop homepage displays. Click the product you want to purchase or search the product name in the search bar at the top.
6. Click Add to Cart.
7. Click the cart icon at the top right corner.
8. The cart displays the details. Once finalized, click Checkout.
9. Add the Shipping Information.
Note: By default, the Shipping Address is set to the Billing Address on account. But you can use Change Address to provide a different one-time shipping address for the current order. Changing a one-time shipping address does not change your Billing Address on file. |
10. Select the Shipping Method and Payment Method.
11. Once added, click Review order.
12. Once reviewed, click the checkboxes at the bottom after reading Motive’s Terms of Service.
13. Click Place order.
The Order confirmation tab displays that the order has been placed
