Introduction
Integrating Motive with ADP streamlines Driver management and payroll processes. Customers can quickly sync their Drivers, Driver logs, and Timecards data with ADP, eliminating the hassle of manually calculating and tracking this information. This integration significantly improves the efficiency of payroll processing for Drivers.
Integration Benefits
- Automatically sync ADP’s employee data (including both exempt and non-exempt Drivers) with Motive's Drivers.
- Automatically export Motive’s Driver logs for (non-exempt) Drivers into ADP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Automatically export Motive’s Driver (exempt) Timecards for Drivers into ADP, streamlining payroll management.
- Ensure payroll data is synchronized in both systems, enhancing data consistency.

Steps: Enabling ADP Integration with Motive App Marketplace
1. Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Marketplace.
2. Search for ADP in the search bar.
3. Click to open the tile.
4. Click Install.
5. A pop-up banner appears, click Install.
6. The support team contacts the fleets for the next step.
