How to enable Encompass Integration

Introduction

Motive integration with Encompass Technologies brings real-time fleet intelligence directly into the beverage industry’s leading maker-to-market platform. 

This integration connects Motive’s live telematics and asset data with Encompass’ cloud-based ecosystem, creating a seamless flow of operational insight from warehouse to final delivery. Together, Motive and Encompass empower beverage producers and distributors with unified visibility, automated data sharing, and smarter, data-driven decision-making across their logistics and distribution networks.

Integration Benefits

Requirements

Integration steps on Motive: 

Note: Click the Install button on the Motive standalone marketplace.
  1. Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Marketplace.


     

  2. Search Encompass in the search bar.


     

  3. Locate Encompass and click Learn More.


     

  4. The user will have to click the “Install” button.


     

  5. Case will be generated for API Support


     

  6. API Support will confirm the consent from the customer 
  7. API Support will route the customer to reach out to their Encompass Customer Success Manager (CSM). The CSM will guide them through the next steps and coordinate with the appropriate teams.

Additional Information

  • Licensing Requirements: The integration requires Encompass’ Fleet Tracker module. If customer is not currently licensed, the Encompass Account Manager will discuss the annual licensing fee and options.
  • Implementation & Onboarding: Because each fleet setup is unique, the integration requires customer-specific configuration. An onboarding fee will be charged depending on the current Fleet Tracker setup.
