The Trimble Innovative ICC integration connects Motive with Trimble Innovative to synchronize dispatch and driver workflows. Drivers and dispatchers can communicate directly through the Motive Driver app about their Innovative loads, keeping everyone aligned without extra phone calls or re-keying.
Using Motive's real-time APIs, load data flows from Innovative to the driver's Motive mobile app, and any change a driver makes automatically updates in Innovative, creating a single source of truth across dispatch data. Hours-of-service details, load information, and remaining drive time from Motive are available in Innovative to help users allocate and assign loads, while real-time GPS locations support timely deliveries and workflow efficiencies that reduce manual data entry.
