Unable to find ELD user and malfunction manual in Driver App

Symptoms

Unable to find ELD User and Malfunction Manual Document.

Steps 

1. Log into the Motive Driver App.

2. On the top left side, tap the menu icon.

3. Tap DOT Inspection Mode.

4. Scroll to the end and tap ELD User and Malfunction Manual. You can download and save it in PDF on your device. You can print it out as well to keep it in your vehicles.

Note: Motive no longer provides hard copies of the ELD User and Malfunction Manual. You can only access it on the Driver App or by contacting Motive Support to get a copy via email.
