ELD mode-enabled drivers can turn on Personal Conveyance (Off Duty-Driving) for trips that should not appear as Driving on their record of duty status. This feature is designed in compliance with the FMCSA’s electronic logging device mandate.
| Note: The driver's profile must be enabled for ELD Mode and special duty status of Personal Conveyance to select Personal Conveyance. |
To update the duty status to Personal Conveyance (Off Duty-Driving):
- Tap the Menu Bar > Logout.
- Log in to the Motive Driver again and tap Logs > Current Duty Status.
4. From the Logs screen, select your current duty status.
- Select Personal Conveyance.
- Add Notes and click Save.
