Motive’s built-in bug reporting feature helps the drivers to report a bug or request an improvement right from the driver app. Reporting a bug from the driver app shares detailed logs with Motive to review and
Log in to the Motive Driver App and tap the three lines in the top left corner.
Tap Settings.
Tap Report Bug.
Select Report a bug or Suggest an improvement
Add details of bug/suggestion.
Tap submit/paper plane icon on the top right.
Note: You can start screen recording or take screenshot(s) and reproduce the issue to include with the report.
