    Overview

    • What’s new?

        • With the Agriculture Exception feature, Motive now enables Drivers to log their operations as Off Duty within the regulatory limits of 150 air miles. This exception helps Drivers manage Hours of Service (HOS) compliance during planting and harvesting seasons more easily.
    • How does this feature help users?

        • This feature is built to simplify compliance with FMCSA’s Agriculture Exception rules, improving flexibility and accuracy for Fleet Managers and Drivers.
        • By using the Agriculture Exception, Drivers can track agricultural hauls without affecting HOS calculations and without waiting for trip annotations or manual updates from Fleet Administrators.
        • Fleet Managers can easily monitor trips under this exception directly in the Fleet Dashboard for clear visibility and accurate reporting.
