Introduction
Workforce Management (WFM) paid subscription is now available as two independent offerings: Workforce Qualifications for workforce compliance and driver qualification workflows, and Workforce Performance for driver coaching, training, and engagement. This update provides fleets a way to purchase the capabilities that best fit their operational needs.
What’s New?
- Two independent WFM offerings:
- Workforce Qualifications subscription provides access to driver qualification workflows, document management, AI-powered document capture, templates, and related qualification capabilities.
- Workforce Performance subscription provides access to AI Coach, Integrated Training, and Driver Rewards.
- Preserved free-tier experience: Fleets without Workforce Qualifications continue to have access to the limited driver license workflow, including Performance-only fleets.
- Updated trial experience: The free tier experience continues to provide a 90-day WFM trial of both Qualifications and Performance features. During the trial, customers can evaluate both offerings and choose to buy one or both subscriptions. If only one offering is purchased, the purchased access remains active while the other offering returns to its free-tier state when the trial ends.
- No change for existing paid customers: Current access remains unchanged for existing paid Workforce Management customers.
How does this help our customers?
- Pay for what you need: Compliance teams can buy a Qualifications subscription, and safety and fleet managers can buy a Performance subscription.
- Flexibility to grow: Fleets can start with one paid subscription and add the other later or buy both together.
- No disruption for current customers: Existing paid customers keep every feature they have today, with no action required.
- Simplified product experience: Each user sees a coherent Workforce experience for the subscriptions their fleet owns, with no locked or unavailable features appearing out of place.
