Introduction
Temporary overrides for Spend & Security Controls allow Fleet Admins and Fleet Managers to make temporary adjustments without modifying existing Spend profiles.
What’s New?
The Temporary Overrides feature for the Motive Card includes:
- Flexible Overrides: Fleet Managers can temporarily adjust Spend and security controls for individual Cards.
- Time-Limited Adjustments: Overrides can be set for a specific duration (for example, 30 minutes or 1 hour) or scheduled for the future.
- Offline Flexibility: In low-network situations, Mobile Unlock can be temporarily disabled to ensure streamlined transactions.
- Quick & Easy Management: Controls can be modified or reset as needed in a few clicks.
