Introduction
The Audit Log feature gives fleets a detailed view of changes made to their Motive Card within the Fleet Dashboard.
What’s New?
Fleet Managers and Fleet Admins can also view changes made to card status updates and settings in a filtered manner.
How does this help our customers?
- Enhanced reporting: Fleets now have immediate access to comprehensive details regarding Motive Card usage and modifications through the Audit Log feature.
- Effective monitoring: The Audit Logs feature provides detailed reporting, enabling fleets to monitor their Motive Card usage more effectively.

| Note: The Audit Log section has Motive Card logs on and after April 24th, 2025. Any changes made prior to that date are still logged in our backend systems and can be shared on request. |
