Introduction
Luma Brighter Learning is a connected learning platform that goes beyond being a simple Learning Management System (LMS) or a collection of safety modules. Instead, it uses learning science and data intelligence to provide a comprehensive solution for companies, particularly in the transportation and logistics sectors, to provide effective, engaging, and compliant training that aims to improve safety, reduce turnover, and ensure regulatory adherence.
This integration syncs the user roster in Motive to the user roster in Luma. When a user is added or is put into a group in Motive, that information can flow to Luma.

Steps: Enabling Luma Brighter Learning integration with Motive App Marketplace
1. To install the app from the Motive embedded Marketplace, Log into Motive Dashboard and click the Marketplace option in the left-hand menu.
2. Search for Luma Brighter Learning in the search bar and click open the tile.
3. Click Install.
4. Once you’ve clicked Install, a pop-up banner appears; click Install. This authenticates the integration and redirects you to the Luma Brighter Learning website.
