Introduction

The PakEnergy integration with Motive streamlines fleet and dispatch operations by synchronizing driver, vehicle, and trailer data across both systems. This eliminates duplicate data entry and provides dispatchers with real-time Hours of Service (HOS) information to improve load planning and reduce application switching.

Motive’s GPS data automatically updates PakEnergy’s tracking tab, enabling complete visibility into vehicle movements and ensuring geofence compliance. Odometer readings are also captured at login, stop locations, and logout, delivering accurate mileage reporting without manual input. By combining PakEnergy and Motive, fleets can minimize errors, maintain compliance, and improve operational efficiency from a single platform.

Steps: Enabling PakEnergy Transportation integration with Motive Marketplace

Note: Click Get This App on the Motive Standalone Marketplace.
  1. Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Marketplace.

2. Search PakEnergy in the search bar.

3. Locate the PakEnergy Transportation App and click Learn More.

4. Click Install.

5. A case will be generated for API Support. Click Done.

6. API Support will confirm the consent from the customer.

7. Once the customer gives consent, API Support will create the API Key and share it with PakEnergy at: support-transportation@pakenergy.com
