AI Coach is a new tool in the Motive platform that automates and personalizes driver safety coaching, helping fleets scale their driver coaching efficiently.

AI Coach is designed to transform coaching with scalable, personalized, and consistent video feedback- making coaching engaging and efficient, even for the largest fleets. Each week, drivers receive a personalized video summary of their recent performance, complete with clear, actionable steps to boost their performance. To enable AI Coach, a Workforce Management subscription is required. With an active subscription, Fleet Managers can turn on the feature in their Fleet Dashboard.
