Introduction
We are introducing a new feature that enables you to create geofenced risk zones and receive alerts when vehicles enter or exit these areas. This enhancement is designed to help you proactively prevent and identify potential theft and security incidents.
What’s New?
We've added new functionality to geofences that allows us to categorize them as "Risk Zones." With this new geofence type, you can set up two new types of alerts:
- Vehicle stopped inside Risk Zone for x duration: An alert that triggers when a vehicle is stationary within a designated risk zone for a specified amount of time.
- Vehicle Approaching Risk Zone: An alert that triggers when a vehicle is within a configurable distance of a geofence (risk zone), providing a proactive warning of an impending event.
| Note: Alerts can be sent via the Fleet Dashboard, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to the selected recipients. |
