Introduction
Motive is expanding its bulk management capabilities to include fleet users, enabling fleet admins to create and edit profiles at scale with spreadsheets.
What’s New?
Motive has introduced new bulk management capabilities to manage Fleet users at scale on the Motive Dashboard.
- Improved bulk importing: The new .xlsx templates simplify the import process. They come with built-in dropdown menus that make it easier to select the correct information and validate data before it's imported into Motive, reducing errors.
- Bulk Editing: Fleet administrators can now download a spreadsheet of existing users, make mass changes to multiple user profiles at once, and then upload the updated file. This streamlines the process of updating information for many users simultaneously.

This enhancement enables fleets to streamline the process of updating large numbers of fleet user profiles using spreadsheets, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and time savings for our enterprise customers.
