Introduction
This feature allows fleet users to specify which drivers or groups can see a document template or driver qualification document template in the Driver App. This new functionality gives fleets more control over what their drivers see and helps them ensure drivers submit the correct documents.
What’s New?
- Previously, fleet users could not share specific templates with designated groups or drivers–just all drivers or no drivers. This new feature provides fleet users with more granular template sharing capabilities while preserving Driver App visibility settings that fleets have already designated.
- Template visibility controls can be applied to both Document templates and Workforce Management templates.
How does this feature help users?
This new feature makes it easier for fleet users to share templates with specific drivers or groups and streamlines the process for drivers to select the correct document templates.
