How to enable Relay Pulse integration

Introduction

Relay Pulse’s integration with Motive helps carriers prevent first-party fuel fraud by automatically syncing driver, vehicle, and fueling data between Relay and their Motive system. By enforcing fueling policies, like location matching and tank capacity checks. 

Relay Pulse stops fraudulent transactions before they happen. Admins no longer have to cross-reference multiple systems to catch misuse after the fact. With real-time verification and automated controls, fueling stays accurate and compliant without adding extra manual work.

Requirements

Integration steps on Motive: 

Note: Click the Install button on the Motive standalone marketplace. The integration onboarding is done on Relay Pulse
  • Reach out to your Relay Account Manager or send an email to integrations@relaypayments.com and request that Relay Pulse get set up with your Motive portal.
  • Relay will set up a 30-minute call to go over the full functionality of how Relay Pulse works and discuss the integration process.
  • Relay will send you an OAUTH URL link along with instructions that will connect your Motive portal with your Relay portal.
  • Relay will go over the Pulse settings on your Relay portal, provide training on the integration setup and functionality, and ensure everything is working as intended before turning this on in production.
