Requirements

- Reach out to your Relay Account Manager or send an email to integrations@relaypayments.com and request that Relay Pulse get set up with your Motive portal.
- Relay will set up a 30-minute call to go over the full functionality of how Relay Pulse works and discuss the integration process.
- Relay will send you an OAUTH URL link along with instructions that will connect your Motive portal with your Relay portal.
- Relay will go over the Pulse settings on your Relay portal, provide training on the integration setup and functionality, and ensure everything is working as intended before turning this on in production.
