Introduction
Motive now supports real-time Driver identification through Face Match, improving reliability and visibility into who is behind the wheel at the start of a trip. This enhancement strengthens in-trip awareness and minimizes unidentified trip data.
What’s New?
Drivers are now identified in real time via Face Match as soon as a trip begins. Previously, Drivers were assigned approximately one minute after a trip ended, often showing as Unidentified during active trips. Real-time visibility is now available across Motive features, including Fleet View, Safety, and Fuel.
