Door & Environmental Sensors is an end-to-end reefer management solution. It gives fleets real-time visibility into refrigerated assets by combining door, temperature, and humidity monitoring in a single device.

- Door & Environmental monitoring: Monitor door open/close states (swing and roll-up) plus temperature and humidity for each reefer zone with a single hardware device.
- Configurable alerts: Create Reefer Temperature and Door Open alerts to notify teams via email, SMS, or in‑product notifications when doors are left open too long, or reefer temperature falls outside a specified range.
- Historical reporting: Use Reefer Activity and Door Sensor Events reports to analyze historical temperature, humidity, and door status data for audits, claims, and operational review.
