Introduction
For Fleets operating in Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom and EU, Motive has updated the driver creation and management process, replacing US centric fields and options with region-appropriate inputs.
What’s New?
- Time Tracking Option: Fleets operating in the United Kingdom and EU will now see Tachograph, Timecard, and None as time tracking method options, replacing the ELD/Electronic Logbook options that are only relevant to United States compliance.
- Home Terminal Timezone: The timezone selector now includes global timezone options and defaults based on the company's country setting.
- Driver's License: The issuing authority dropdown now pulls from a global country code library instead of being limited to North American entries.

Fleet admins in the EU and UK can now onboard drivers using locally relevant fields and terminology without encountering inapplicable US compliance inputs.
