Fleetmate integration with Motive

FleetMate is a fleet maintenance management platform built by Routemate LLC. FleetMate grounds every maintenance workflow in real-world vehicle activity — and this integration connects FleetMate directly to the Motive data that makes it possible.

Vehicle odometer readings, live locations, fault codes, fuel purchases, and asset data from Motive flow automatically into FleetMate, keeping maintenance records aligned with how vehicles and equipment are actually being used. Maintenance teams can monitor vehicle activity, identify issues earlier, schedule service based on real usage rather than calendar estimates, and make more informed repair and replacement decisions — all without manual data entry between systems.

Integration steps on Motive: 

Note: Click the Install button on the Motive standalone marketplace.
  1. On the left-menu, click Marketplace.
  2. Search for Fleetmate in the search bar. 
  3. Click Learn More on the Fleetmate tile from the search results. 
  4. Click Install. 
    After customer clicks install the system will generate a case for API support. The case is routed to PE team and Motive will schedule a kickoff call, post which the enablement process begins.
