How to reject 16-Hour Short-Haul exception on Driver App

Introduction

Using the 16-Hour Short-Haul exception, Drivers can extend the 14-hour window by 2 hours weekly on the US 60/7 or US 70/8 cycle. However, Motive allows Drivers to reject 16-hour Short-Haul exceptions if it is turned on.

Note: Drivers can have a 16-Hour Short-Haul Exception once per cycle; however, conditions apply.

Steps: Rejecting 16-Hour Short-Haul exception 

1. Log into the Driver App and tap on Logs.

2. On the Logs screen, select the day you would like to reject the Short-Haul exception.

3. Tap on the Exception.
4. Tap on Reject.
