Introduction
The Scheduling Dashboards feature in Motive Analytics allows you to automatically send your most important fleet insights directly to the people who need them. With this capability, you can set up recurring emails of Analytics dashboards for key stakeholders, so everyone stays informed without manual exports or extra steps.
What’s New?
This update adds a dedicated Schedule tab to the Analytics Hub, giving you one place to create and manage all your automatic dashboard emails. Key new capabilities include:
- Automated Delivery Setup: Create schedules for any custom dashboard and choose how often it’s sent, including daily, weekly, or monthly, at whatever time works best for your team.
- Audience Selection: Choose who receives each dashboard by entering specific names, email addresses, or user roles so critical information always reaches the right people.
- Custom Context: Add a clear schedule name and a short note that appears in the email so recipients can quickly understand what the data means for their day-to-day operations.
- Inbox-Ready Insights: Stakeholders receive high-quality PDF or PNG dashboard snapshots directly in their email, making it easy to review key metrics without logging into the platform.
- Active Schedule Management: Easily edit, duplicate, pause, or delete schedules from the Schedule tab so your reporting stays relevant as your organisation’s needs change.
