Introduction
Help Center is the platform to find the answer to your questions with products and procedures related to Motive. On the Drivers App, It is as important to know how to use the Help Center correctly to easily find the information that you are looking for.
Steps: Using Motive Help Center on Driver App
1. Log in to the Motive Driver App and tap the hamburger icon at the top-left corner.
2. Tap Help & Support in the menu.
3. The Help & Support screen displays. Tap on Help Center.
| Note: Motive has enabled a Live Chat option for Drivers to get their issues resolved without calling the Motive Support team. |
5. The Help Center displays in a separate browser. Tap the Search box.
4. Type keywords or a sentence that closely represents what you are looking for.
5. Select the article of your choice.
