Introduction
Fleet Admins can view dashcam serial numbers from their admin dashboard from the Dashcams tab.
Solution
1. Log into the Motive Fleet Admin Dashboard.
2. Go to Safety in the left-hand side menu.
3. Select Dashcams.
4. Go to ... next to the vehicle for which you want to check the details and select View more details.
5. You can check the installation date, dashcam serial no., dashcam firmware, vehicle gateway serial no., vehicle gateway firmware, and vehicle gateway model.
