How to Edit Driver ID from Fleet Dashboard?

Introduction

Fleet Admins can change or edit the Driver’s ID from the Fleet Dashboard.

 

Steps: Editing Driver's ID 

1. Log into the Motive Fleet Dashboard
2. Click on the Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.
3. Click the Organization dropdown and select Drivers from the list.
4. Click on the Options dropdown menu for the Driver profile whose ID needs to be changed.
5. Select Edit Account from the dropdown menu.
6. Change the Driver ID and hit Save.
