Introduction
Motive allows Fleet Admins to view the assigned coaches from the Coaching Hub on the Fleet Dashboard.
Steps: Viewing the assigned safety coach
1. Log into Fleet Dashboard and click the Coaching tab.
2. The Assigned Coach column displays the responsible coach for the Driver.
3. If the Driver has no coach assigned, it is mentioned in the red-highlighted text. Hover over the text to know the reason why the Driver has no coach assigned to him.
There are two possible reasons:
- Driver is not part of a group. In addition to the Fleet Admin, fleets with permission to Manage Drivers could add the Driver to a group.
- Driver is part of a group but the group does not have an assigned safety coach.
