Introduction
Fleet Managers often request videos that are no longer available due to storage limits causing overwrites. To address this, we’ve introduced a feature to adjust camera storage capacity by reducing video resolution.
Steps: Changing video storage capacity of Dashcam
1. Log in your Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon.
2. Click Product dropdown on the left-side menu.
3. Click Safety.
4. Click Edit from the Dashcam menu.
5. Change the storage capacity as per your preference in the Dashcam Settings.
| Note: The storage capacity can only be changed for AI Dashcams (DC-53 & DC-54) and for AI Omnicam (OC-1). |
